So apparently the vent in my fireplace isn't closed.

Wanna know how I know - we came home this morning to find a bird in the house. None of the doors or windows were opened. So it had to come in the fireplace.

I have to male cats. They are just over two years old. I.e. big kittens.

Birds are play toys.

This bird didn't do to well. I'm not really sure what happened but the left leg of the bird has no feathers on it and doesn't look to pretty. The bird also isn't putting any weight on it.

Seeing as it is memorial day, I can't take it in to a vet's office. So the bird is sitting in a box on my washing machine with some food and cut up peas and oranges. (I have no worms)

It doesn't move very much.

But on a side note - it's pee is green.
